About me
Amer Moussa the Contact Center Manager of Dubai Chamber Since 2008 reporting to the Director of the Customer Service Centers .Started My Career in UAE with ShowTime as a Contact Center Agent in June 2004 he was subsequently promoted to a Customer Management Advisor within the same company . I joined DU telecommunication as a Team Leader in 2006 prior to this current position . I have been recognized as a proactive and effective member of the organization by demonstrating a high sense of responsibility, care and loyalty towards the organizations and customers . I have been illustrating different ways to improve the potentials of the Contact center and several means to ensure continuous motivation among the team and drive to excel . With the support of the Senior Management and the entire Team many milestones where achieved in a short span like the 1st place in the Dubai Government Excellent Program 2010 under Customer service satisfaction and many others.
