About me

Mr. Alan Hong graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with master degree in Electronic Engineering back in 1987. He started working as Senior Development Manager for a Sino-US joint venture Hua Xia Silicon Valley Information Technology, Ltd in Zhong Guan Cun till end of 1991. From 1991 to 1997, he led software department in two companies in Singapore and Taiwan, and was responsible for software development and support in markets across Singapore, Taiwan and the United States. After 1997, Mr Hong expanded his career into the United States. He later, in 2006, founded SDP Technologies, Ltd. in the United States. With 20 years IT development experiences and project management certification from George Washington University, he has been providing quality services to many brand name clients, including San Teh Ltd (Singapore), Pacific Imaging Electronics (Taiwan), Microsoft, Accenture, Lexmark International, Avanade, Best Buy, Kendle International, Jetsoft, Inc., among others, with rich first-hand onshore/offshore IT outsourcing working experiences in the United States, Singapore, China and Taiwan. Alan has been working to bring the enterprises in US, Canada as well as Europe to China for investment and high-tech offshore outsourcing. Our services range from local government liaison, strategic planning, offshore location selection, ODC management, vendor partnership & relationship management to overall offshore project management. In 2011, he helped a fast growing Chinese IT company Winskysoft Information Technology to establish its U.S. presence - Winskysoft, Inc. with the aim to bring Chinese services to the U.S. and American's products/services to China's emerging market.
