For for more than 8 years, I've dedicated myself to the enhancement of the Training field in the Contact Center & BPO indsutry. Where I've created a new training program, specialized in Sales & Business Development, The program is called "Selling Sucks". AT&T, Raya, AMECHO TECH, ESNAD BPO, BLOM Egypt Bank, United Global Net, Cairo & Hilwan University & CISCO, these are the organizations where I have provided my traininig programs at. Training Courses: Sales, marketing,Management and Leadership, customer service & train the trainer and more. Certifications: TTT (Train The Trainer) in 2006 AT&T Senior International Trainer (USA) in 2008 3rd Best Trainer In Egypt (Persona Training Competition Fair) in 2008 Member of the United Quality Management Institute (USA) in 2012 Training is an initial part of any operation... it is necessary to establish the basis for the front liners, as well as providing them with the skills, knowledge & on the job experience, to be able to handle their job in the most efficient manner.
