About me
I have 8 years of experience in customer services and management by working directly with people in diverse professional settings. Since four years I am working in Contact Center industry and during my career, I gained experience in the operation , management and workforce department where I develop the management concept by scientific tools knowledge and recognized approaches. My leadership skills were developed and have allowed me to spontaneously interact with ethnic diverse population and all age groups, from the pleasant customer to the irate one, and been strengthened by official and non official training to be able to manage employees starting from monitoring the queue ending by but not limited to " performance appraisal ". More importantly, I have enhanced each company’s reputation, keeping existing customers satisfied and transforming first-time customer into loyal, repeat purchasers. I am well trained to work under pressure and also in life threat situation with mastery in controlling panic. I am Self motivated and organized person and these skills have enabled me to effectively defuse problem situations with customers using tact, thus creating a long-term client base, plus function positively as part of a team.
