About me

Hi, Currently I am managing a BPO company in Indonesia. Our clients are multinational bank operates in Indonesia. We serve them in area of data entry, verification and collection. We are using ICR technology for data entry with 0.5% maximum error. We have the capacity to process 2000 credit card applications per day. Turn the apps from paper into digital format and yet extract the data into excel. On call center side, we are developing our own web based application for calling our client's customers. Again, we also serving multinational company in this area.
