Abubaker Luwaga holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) of Makerere University and has outsourcing experience of over 9 years. Abubaker is currently Chief Executive Officer at Cayman Consults ltd, a leading Business Process Outsourcing Company in Uganda. He has handled a number of projects related to outsourcing on consultancy basis, besides making presentations at international fora. He has been engaged in the Government initiative of training 500 BPO operators in Uganda. Cayman Consults ltd is currently running outsourcing projects for USA and UK clients with staffing spread in Uganda, Kenya, Congo and Sudan.
