Pay is mininal yet they expect so much from you especially the dept I'm in. Face it if you pay peanuts what you gonna get. There is no longer respect for the employee, you are but a number who is replacable, that I've been told by higher people. You get no sick pay, maybe if your management, any bank holiday is paid standard rate with a day on lieu. It used to be time and a half/double time with day on lieu. At times your just told you will work these days, no choice given. I have just lost my job in dept I work in but others there after me still remain. I was given a lame excuse but believe it to be because I spoke up where others, including team leaders, would say nothing. I created to much paperwork. Im happy to go to a different dept as standards were well below what the client would expect. Indeed if a client pays a visit certain rules are enforced for that time. Other times someone can get away with one thing but someone else may end up in HR for the same thing. This has not happened to me but I have seen this many times. There is preferential treatment so best to try to make friends with a team leader or manager soon as possible. The National Reintegration Center for OFW's(NRCO), and Royalè Business Club Int'l Inc.., acting as an EXCLUSIVE MICRO-BUSINESS service provide in its , has joined efforts to reintegrate the OFW's, their families and OFC's by providing meaningful products, services and programs before the departure of OFW's, during employment and between contracts in preparation for the eventual return of the OFW"S to the Philippines.
