Tip of the Day:Customer Feedback

Don’t try to do too much in a survey. When companies do try to take on getting customer feedback, often we see that the companies ask too many questions. You will end up with respondent fatigue, or the individuals that won’t fill out the survey because it is too much information being asked of them. Setting the expectation of the person who is going to be giving you the feedback is very important. Providing incentives to give information is also important. In the customer feedback world, customer incentives are important but not as important as it might be in the marketing world for instance. -Villette Nolon - CEO, NetReflector
