Hello Everyone!! I'm a single dad raising my daughter alone (with the help of family) and I work in the call center BPO industry, with experience managing operations in the Philippines and India for US based companies. Experienced Call Center BPO Global Operations/Vendor Manager/Client Relationship Manager Looking For My Next Career Opportunity. I have extensive experience managing esupport, customer service and outbound telemarketing programs for EarthLink in India, Manila, Cebu and Canada. I was responsible for management of performance, operations and sales functions of 15 outsourced channel outbound telemarketing vendors stateside and offshore. Strategic planning, development and deployment of DNC compliance processes, vendor call List Database scrubbing, quality assurance guidelines and metrics, order entry systems, sales performance, reporting and training. Ensured accountability for performance and contractual obligations. Work directly with vendor management teams regarding contractual deployment/alignment with all outsourcers. Primary point of contact for all vendors and partners regarding Sales Strategy objectives/functions and impact of legal/regulatory issues, updates and infractions for EarthLink's outbound calling activities. Responsible for driving development of reporting metrics criteria and requirements related to outbound telemarketing vendors. I am also a small business services consultant helping business owners have more time, improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
