I found your details via a Call Centre forum.

I am a Director of a Solar Panels business that both installs the system and connects customers to the Australian electricity grid - it is a complete solution.

Government rebates and high prices paid by energy companies to houses sending energy to the grid have made Solar very popular in Australia, especially my home state of Victoria which has the highest feed-in tariff for sending electricity to grid. We provide some of the most competitive repayment terms in the market to ensure we don't miss out on any customers.

I am always looking to find better quality call centres. If I can be confident that both of us will gain and be happy with the relationship, I can provide free training and ongoing support to your call centre staff.

Do you have any experience with Solar campaigns in Australia? What sort of customer databases do you have access to?

The only arrangements I would consider are:
(i) Paying for Victorian(state) based appointments on a per conversion basis(paid weekly) - I personally attend as many appointments as possible when trialling a call centre, so I can offer you a best possible conversion rate initially. If happy with quality of leads, I then distribute them bit by bit to my best reps.
(ii) Paying you for closing a sale over the phone. You would receive much more per conversion but it might be more difficult. Would need to organise logistics with regards to having customers sign direct debit agreements.

I currently pay $80-$100 per converted appointment for quality I am pleased with - I'm just looking to increase my volume of appointments as now is a good time to sell. I would feel comfortable with a similar price if starting out with your people.

I welcome your thoughts on this. If you are interested, how many seats would you be able to commit?
