All this talk about labor markets by people with no understanding about how to actually conduct a proper labor market analysis.

yes it is true. I too have outsourced AT&T process to a center there. But the major problem there is, Skill-set of people there is not top-notch. The city is small. There are large potential investors there who would get into BPO if spoken in a right way though!!

The video speaks absolute truth. I did setup a call center “PreciStat” early this year (60 seats) in Vizag and yes, it could be the next best thing for BPO destinations
