Here are the sample files for Debt form filling...

1. per form Rs.15/-
2. per day per seat - 100 forms.
3. Monthly billing Rs.3.9L to Rs.4L for 10 seats.
4. Payment monthly.
5. No advance payment.
6. Billing is guaranteed by LC/BG. LC/BG charges will be borne by the centre.
7. 10 seats slot.
8. Agreement will be done by the channel partner of UK client.
9. Once we pay the registration fee, within 15 days centre can start commercial work. After registration, same day, centre will get software and demo work.
10. Centre will receive payment directly from UK client.
11.Royality 6% every month till the contract Ends.

Total Commercials for the project is 4L one month Billing of the center, in order to make the center feel comfortable we have Divided the fees as below..

Before we introduce you to the Client we charge 50K as a Commitment fee.
Once after the Sign up is Done center has to pay 1.5L (including Software and installation charges)
After the Sign up 50K for ADROIT
The rest 2L fees can be adjusted from the Billing.
