i have a friend from uk,,,coming here in the philippines by dec..who is scounting a place for a call center....they still choosing india and the phiippines for a call center....what can u say about this....?
Its a matter of preference and the markets that the center will serve. Both locations have comparable monetary rates, it's more a question about voice bpo maturity and synergy with the particular supplier. I have my own personal preferences, based on years of affiliation and general market experience. Bravardo aside, it's about delivering business service and the outcome will come down to personal preferences.
